This listing is for 3 of the 4 homes on the property and is laid out as follows: The Manor House sleeps 10 -Bedroom 1 (downstairs): 1 king bed with hallway bathroom -Bedroom 2 (upstairs): 1 king bed with master bathroom -Bedroom 3 (upstairs): bunk bed with hallway bathroom -Bedroom 4 (upstairs): king bed with master bathroom -loft (upstairs): pullout couch The Garden House: Sleeps 6 -Bedroom 1 (downstairs): 1 queen bed with hallway bathroom -Bedroom 2 (upstairs loft): 2 single beds -Bedroom 3 (upstairs): king bed with master bathroom The Pine Cone Cottage: sleeps 2 -1 queen bed and bathroom (studio style) With plenty of space between houses, you will all have access to the grounds including the large Oak Tree with swings. You will have access to the roku tv with all available apps including netflix, hulu, prime etc. You will need to use your own login to use each individual app.

Other Details to Note

You will NOT have cell phone reception at the house, but will have access to wifi as soon as you arrive. This means you will be able to send and receive texts as well a facetime video or audio calls (or some other apps), but you will not be able to make any phonecalls.

We are Located in Oak Glen on the western slopes of the valley that is Oak Glen. Oak Glen is valley with one gently winding road that goes past Apple Ranches and Farmsteads. Elevations in Oak Glen vary from about 4000 ft up to 5200 ft above sea level. We have crisp mountain air, rushing creeks and thick oak forests surrounding the small apple farms that follow the road. Oak Glen has many retail, farm, restaurant, and entertainment based businesses that have year round hours and availabilities.
